Features
The multi-layer hard-sealed butterfly valve is an eccentric metal sealing structure, and the sealing form is metal-to-metal sealing. The metal sealing ring can be replaced with metal sealing, and the stainless steel plate and graphite composite plate sealing ring can be replaced with metal sealing. In addition to electric, the driving forms of the hard-sealed butterfly valve also include: manual, worm gear drive, pneumatic, etc.
The butterfly plate of the multi-layer hard-sealed butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. In the cylindrical channel of the butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped butterfly plate rotates around the axis, and the rotation angle is between 0° and 90°. When it rotates to 90°, the valve is fully open.
As a component used to realize the on-off and flow control of the pipeline system, the multi-layer hard-sealed butterfly valve has been widely used in many fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, hydropower, etc. In the known butterfly valve technology, its sealing form mostly adopts a sealing structure, and the sealing material is rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, etc. Due to the limitations of structural characteristics, it is not suitable for industries such as high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. A relatively advanced butterfly valve is a three-eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve. The valve body and valve seat are connected components, and the valve seat sealing surface layer is welded with heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy materials. Multi-layer soft stacking seal rings are fixed on the valve plate. Compared with traditional butterfly valves, this butterfly valve has the advantages of high temperature resistance, easy operation, no friction when opening and closing, and the seal is compensated as the torque of the transmission mechanism increases when closing, which improves the sealing performance of the butterfly valve and prolongs its service life.
