Features

1. The valve disc is a double-flat plate frame flow-through type with small flow resistance.

2. The valve seat is made of stainless steel and fixed to the valve body with a special binder; the valve body seal ring is directly embedded in a serrated shape with rubber, without the need for gaskets or bolts to fix it. This has the characteristics of simple structure and good sealing.

3. The key connection structure between the shaft and the valve disc is replaced by a pull-out pin structure. In addition to making the parts interchangeable, the valve disc and valve shaft can be tightly combined without gaps to prevent loosening.

4. The valve disc can replace the sealing ring without removing the valve shaft from the valve.

5. The bearing of the valve shaft adopts self-lubricating bearing, which has low friction resistance during operation and does not require oiling.

6. The contact interface between the valve disc sealing ring and the valve seat on the valve body can reach ±1° without water leakage.
