It has more than 170 employees, among of which, more than 50 technical staffs, 4 engineers and 1 senior engineer. They forms a experienced and excellent technical group, aiming to develop and promote valve quality.

The company not only has reliable technical force, but also has the advanced equipments and facilities. It owns more than 100 sets of all kinds of high-precision processing equipments, including CNC machining centers (CNC milling/drilling/boring/ grinding lathes, large CNC vertical/horizontal lathe), plasma arc welding, automatic gas shielded arc welding, drencher environmental protection and automatic spray paint lines, etc.

And the company is well provided with physical and chemical laboratory. The existing detection equipments include spectrometer, hardness tester, universal testing machine, tensile impact testing machine, YFT automatic hydraulic valve tester, acoustomotive thickness tester, low temperature test chamber, low temperature impact testing machine, etc. All the perfect facilities can meet customers’ maximum production and inspection demands.
