Normally three pieces design Cast Steel Trunnion Ball Valves is for the bigger size than 12”,it have better price than Forged.  . This series of valves are optional designed with double block and bleed or double piston type too . All stem and seats in valves are installed with sealant injection system to prevent leakage. It can be manual operated (lever or gearbox ), but also equipped with an actuator (electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.).
