Valve parts in contact with the medium are strictly low-temperature treated according to the requirements of the specification before finishing to ensure that the valve parts can fully withstand the expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes, and the structure of the valve seat will not be permanently deformed due to temperature changes.

A long-necked bonnet structure that can protect the stuffing box is adopted.

A valve disc that can maintain reliable sealing regardless of temperature changes is adopted. The valve disc adopts a conical valve disc, and the upper sealing seat is welded with a cobalt-chromium-tungsten carbide structure to avoid the stainless steel materials from biting each other. The valve seat and valve disc sealing surface are welded with a cobalt-chromium-tungsten carbide structure.

The medium flow direction is low in and high out (flowing in from the lower end of the valve disc).

The valve stem surface is nitrided and hardened to prevent surface scratches during the opening and closing of the valve from affecting the sealing performance. The packing can be selected as low-leakage packing according to user requirements to ensure that the leakage at the valve packing meets environmental protection requirements. Welding sleeves can be provided according to user requirements.
